Dr. Wall then came in, who was friendly and open. He discussed the condition of my teeth and gave a realistic plan. He coached me through everything he was doing, even the tools he was using. My one helper at the front desk was following my dental benefits to a T to make sure everything medically planned was covered by my insurance.
